Doctor discipline: is a legislative crackdown on sexual abuse by medical professionals warranted?

The Ontario government has announced upcoming legislation that’d mean adding more sexual abuse offences to an existing list that would lead to medical license revocation for doctors and other health-care professionals. Does this go too far or does it help protect the vulnerable?
